About Steph Sinclair
Raised in Bradford West Gwillimbury from the age of six, Steph Sinclair is a local business owner, mother, and proud community advocate with deep roots in the town she calls home.
With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, Steph has built a reputation for strong negotiation skills, creative problem-solving, and advocating for the people she represents. Her professional experience has taught her the importance of collaboration, responsible decision-making, and finding practical solutions that deliver results.
As Chair of the Committee of Adjustment, Steph has spent years helping residents navigate local issues while working collaboratively with council, staff, and residents.
Steph is actively involved with the Bond Head Women’s Institute and the Royal Canadian Legion, and strongly believes in giving back to the town that has given so much to her family over the years.
She is passionate about supporting local youth through sports sponsorships, including minor hockey, and values the important role recreation and connection play in building a strong community.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Steph enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and staying active in the community she loves.
